How to preserve my data when changing computers?

For all versions (but the SRV) the folder to look for is the C:\FTGT\. The SRV is all on C:\FTGTSRV\ folder.

1. Install the application you have on the new computer, run the program once and close it.

2. Copy the C:\FTGT\DATA folder and the C:\FTGT\PLANS folder from the old computer to the new computer.
If you drag the folder DATA and PLANS make sure to drag over the C:\FTGT folder on the new machine, that will replace the current folder DATA and PLANS inside C:\FTGT. If you drag the DATA over the new machine C:\FTGT\DATA folder that will create a new folder C:\FTGT\DATA\DATA and that will not work, same for the PLANS folder.

3. Copy the file FTGT\LEVELS.INI from the old computer to the new computer.

4. Lastly, delete the file C:\FTGT\PARM\FIBOFILE4.DAT on the new computer.

If the program crashes or freezes then delete C:\FTGT\PLAN\FIBOPLAN4.DAT

FOR THE SRV VERSION all instructions are the same but the main FOLDER IS C:\FTGTSRV\, then copy C:\FTGTSRV\DATA and C:\FTGTSRV\PLANS.
